The Lucknow address is the works: where the lead-free compound is extruded into profile and where lengths leave in TruFrame-printed protective film. It is not a retail showroom, and there are no published visiting hours. Call or write before travelling.

What a window faces here.
Lucknow sits in the Gangetic plain. Summers are long and bright, the monsoon arrives heavy, and winter brings fog and damp. Dust is present through most of the dry months. That combination is hard on two things in particular: the compound, which has to hold its colour under sustained sun, and the drainage, which has to keep working once the rain is horizontal.
Those are the two specifications worth asking any supplier about. TruFrame’s answer to the first is 8 phr titanium dioxide in a lead-free compound. The answer to the second is drained multi-chamber sections, with the slots machined during fabrication rather than moulded in.
Neither is a performance figure. Acoustic, thermal and wind-load testing is not published for any TruFrame system yet, and this page does not carry numbers it cannot support.

TruFrame manufactures the profile. Fabricators convert it into the finished window, and installers fit it. Knowing which stage you are talking to saves a great deal of time.

Sizes, floor, which way it faces, and what you want to keep out. A photograph or a plan helps more than a description.

We point to a system
Sliding or casement first, then depth and chambers. Four systems means the answer is usually quick.

A fabricator quotes
TruFrame supplies the profile. A fabricator cuts, reinforces, welds, glazes and fits hardware, and quotes the finished window.

An installer fits it
Usually the fabricator or someone they appoint. Confirm who is responsible for the joint between window and wall.
