We make the profile. We explain the system.
TruFrame manufactures uPVC window and door profile systems in Alwar, Rajasthan. This page covers what we make, where we make it, who we work with, and how we approach quality.

Where we make it
Naharpur Industrial Area, Alwar.
Plot no. 05, Naharpur Industrial AreaAlwar, Rajasthan 301030
India
Alwar sits in the hot, dry northeast of Rajasthan, which puts strong summer sun and heat right outside the works. Those are the same conditions our profiles are formulated for.
What we make
Profile systems, not finished windows.
TruFrame extrudes uPVC profiles: the sections a fabricator cuts, reinforces, welds and glazes into a finished window or door. There are four systems, two sliding and two casement, with 34 published profiles between them.
- Peafowl · Sliding · 60 mm
- Falcon · Sliding · 60 mm
- Casement 60 · Casement · 60 mm
- Casement 50 · Casement · 50 mm
Who we work with
Fabricators build it. Everyone else specifies it.
Fabricators and dealers turn our profiles into windows and doors and look after the customer. We also work with architects, builders and homeowners who want to understand a system before choosing it, and we direct them to a fabricator for the finished product.
Partner with TruFrameHow we think about quality
Specific claims, with the evidence alongside.
Quality in a profile comes down to details you can check: the compound, the UV pigment loading, the gasket and the section geometry. We publish those details and link the documents behind them. Where a performance figure has not been tested yet, we say so and show no number.
The evidence registerWhat we are building next
Test reports, documents and project records.
Acoustic, thermal and wind-load testing is under way, and results will be published per system with the reports. A preliminary system specification sheet is now published. Next come the warranty terms, and documented project case studies from our fabrication partners.
From the works and the display
Photographs, not renders.

Size, floor, which way it faces and what you want to keep out. That is usually enough for our technical team to point you to the right system.
