Warranty
20-year profile warranty.
A window is made by several parties, so it usually carries several warranties. This page explains which part the TruFrame warranty applies to and what to check before you rely on it.
Terms document
The full warranty terms are not published on this site yet. They will be linked here, and the warranty document is the only authority on coverage. Ask for a copy before you buy.

What to confirm in the document.
These are the questions the written terms should answer. Until the document is published here, ask for them in writing.
- 01Which defects are covered, for example discolouration, warping or cracking of the profile.
- 02What is excluded, such as damage, misuse, or faults caused by fabrication or installation.
- 03Whether the warranty depends on fabrication by an approved TruFrame partner.
- 04When the 20 years starts: supply, fabrication or installation.
- 05How to make a claim, and what proof of purchase and profile identification you need.
- 06Whether the warranty is replacement of material only or includes labour.
Making a claim.
The claim procedure will be set out in the published warranty terms. Until then, contact TruFrame with photographs of the concern, the name of the fabricator or dealer who supplied the windows, and your invoice. Hardware, glazing and installation questions usually go to that supplier first.
