Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site. We use your connection's IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry or application, for example to recommend a system, prepare a specification, or discuss a partnership, and to keep a record of that conversation.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Form submissions, including attachments, are delivered by email to the TruFrame team through a transactional email service. Attachments are not published or stored on this website.

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business record-keeping.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, that conversation is also subject to the terms and privacy policy of the service you use.
