Partners · For fabricators, dealers & contractors
Carry a system you can stand behind.
TruFrame supplies the profile. You fabricate, install and look after the customer. This page is about whether that arrangement suits your business.
The split
Who does what.
- TruFrame
- Compound, extrusion, profile supply, drawings, training and technical support.
- Fabricator
- Cutting, reinforcement, welding, hardware, glazing, and the finished window.
- Installer
- Fixing and sealing the window to the wall. Often the fabricator.

What you get

Profiles from one compound, supplied on a schedule you can plan production around.
02
Territory discussion
We agree a working area with you before starting.
03
Machine compatibility check
Tell us your welding and cleaning setup. We confirm what runs on it before you commit.
04
Fabrication training
Training on reinforcement, drainage, gasket fitting and corner joints, the details behind most callbacks.
05
Drawings and quoting support
Section drawings, and help pricing a job when a specification is unusual.
06
Marketing support
Support for promoting TruFrame systems in your area. We will discuss the specifics with you.
What we ask
Three things.
- 01
Fabricate to the section
Drainage and reinforcement details are there for a reason. A profile built around them performs. One built past them does not.
- 02
Describe the product accurately
Lead-free compound and 8 phr TiO₂ are part of what the customer is paying for. Sell them as what they are, not as generic uPVC.
- 03
Tell us early when something fails
We would rather hear about a problem from you in the first week than from a homeowner years later.

Nothing here is binding. It gives us enough to judge whether there is a fit and to come back to you with specifics.
